Booking through us

Southern Dreams Travel acts as an independent travel advisor. Cruise lines, resorts, airlines, and other suppliers are responsible for the services they provide. By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions of the supplier whose service you purchase.

Pricing & payments

Prices shown are estimates and subject to availability. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits hold your reservation; final payment dates are set by the supplier and shared with you in writing.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier. We strongly recommend trip insurance for every booking. We do not charge our own booking or cancellation fees.

Travel documents & insurance

You are responsible for having a valid passport, visas, and any required vaccinations for your destination. Trip insurance is optional but strongly encouraged.

Liability

Southern Dreams Travel is not liable for acts, omissions, or default of any supplier, or for events outside our control (weather, mechanical issues, government actions, etc.).
